PRODUCT TERMS · EFFECTIVE JULY 18, 2026

Plain-language terms for using Firmy.

Organization tool, not legal advice

Firmy helps collect, review, organize, research, analyze, draft, and create information. It does not act as a lawyer, create an attorney-client relationship, guarantee confidentiality or privilege, or replace professional judgment. Users must independently verify important facts, sources, citations, deadlines, calculations, and conclusions.

Accounts and authorized use

You are responsible for your account, activity under it, and having lawful authority to upload and process every item you provide. Do not use Firmy to violate law, another person’s rights, court restrictions, contractual duties, or professional obligations. AI-generated images and files must not be misrepresented as original source material or evidence.

Private preview access

Firmy is currently available as a no-charge private preview. The prompt payment gate is disabled, no subscription is required, and Firmy does not automatically charge users. If paid plans are introduced later, pricing and renewal terms will be shown before any purchase.

Availability and outputs

The service and AI-generated organization, research, analysis, files, and visuals may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or incorrect. Firmy does not guarantee outcomes, legal accuracy, uninterrupted service, or that an output is suitable for filing, submission, publication, or reliance without independent review.

Changes and contact

Firmy may update the service or these terms as the product develops. Any future paid plan will apply prospectively and require deliberate approval. Contact hello@firmy.space with product questions. Final entity, governing-law, liability, and jurisdiction-specific language still requires qualified legal review.
